VC Constable Patrol Annual Meeting January 15, 2026
December 2025
Kick off the holiday season with friends and neighbors at the VCCA Holiday Party on Monday, December 8 at 6:30 at Goode Company Cantina. We were unable to negotiate party trays as we have in the past so this year it’s similar to our monthly happy hour with everyone paying for their own food and drinks.
The book club is at capacity but a waitlist is being kept for a 2nd book club.
Volunteers are urgently needed in several areas.
The Constable Patrol Program will kick off the 2026-2027 membership drive on February 1, 2026.
Community in Action – Storm drains on Haddon from Morse to McDuffie have been replaced along with street and sidewalk improvements.
November 2025

VCCA membership is down this year compared to last year. Please consider joining. Your $40 annual dues are the only source of funding for everything VCCA does.

National Night Out was a success that was celebrated with approximately 75 residents

October 2025
Join us for happy hour on Monday, October 13 at 6:30. We’ll meet on the outdoor patio at Goode Company Kitchen & Cantina on West Gray. Council member Abbie Kamin will join us for an informal meet-and-greet.
National Night Out will be October 7 at 6:30 on the lot in the 2000 block of Huldy. Meet neighbors, local constables/police and cool off with refreshing ice cream.
All are welcome (including pets) to Trunk or Treat on October 26. Location will be announced on WhatsApp and a VCCA email. Looking for volunteers to bring their vehicle with decorated trunks and hand out treats.

September 2025
Join us for happy hour on Monday, September 8, at 6:30. We are now meeting at Goode Company Kitchen & Cantina on West Gray. We are meeting near the bar, where food and drinks can be ordered.
The VCCA drive for annual dues is now underway. The $40 dues can be paid by check or Zelle.
Consider joining the Vermont Commons Constable Patrol Program. It takes financial support from all of our neighbors to fund this important security and safety service.

June 2025
Join us for our last happy hour before summer break on Monday, June 9 at 6:30 at Churrascos. A member Councilwoman Abbie Kamin’s staff will be present to answer your questions.
The VCCA Summer break is approaching. There will not be any activities or newsletter from mid-June to the second Monday in September. Enjoy your summer and see you in the Fall.
What does the $40 annual dues fund?
Constable patrols would not be in our neighborhood or respond to calls without a contract in place. Please consider joining the program.
