Carolynn as treasurer of the VC Foundation Constable Patrol reported on the program that has over 300 members, projected to have 2 constables patrolling the area by August. Approx 50 more members needed to make the 2 constable goal. Main accomplishment was sharing with Mandell Patrol and VC/Park Civic Patrol. This sharing led to having night patrols. It has received the non-profit status. The web site being re-vamped. Monthly newsletter coming. We were encouraged to report every suspicious activity. Alerts needed to develop patterns. Membership allows for alarm responses that are unavailable thru HPD. Four members of the constable patrol attended our meeting and highlighted the program & answered questions.
