Welcome to our neighborhood. What a beautiful and convenient area of Houston we all live in. We hope through active membership in Vermont Common Civic Association (VCCA), our community remains that way. When the bylaws were enacted the two main purposes of the organization were to maintain the residential character of the community, (enforcing the deed restrictions) and promoting civic and social welfare. As VCCA continues to grow we hope that our community becomes even more cohesive and a better place for all of us to live.
